exhibitor violating this rule will be asked to comply or he/she will forfeit their rental fee.

2. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. No reservations are allowed.

3. Products to be displayed for sale or advertising CAN NOT BE any type of food, dessert, pastry,

or any type of drink, or beverages.

4. Full payment is required for exhibit space to be confirmed. Payments may be made by check, or

Money order, and they should be made payable to The APIC organization.

5. Any cancellation of the contracted exhibit space by the Exhibitor nulls this contract and forfeits the

entrance fees, as these fees are Non-Refundable.

6. Exhibitor acknowledges that he/she assumes all risk of injury, harm, or damage to himself, herself,

Peruana Internacional de Cultura and the First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena, where this

event is held.
